Gourmet Herb
The Gourmet Herb AeroGarden seed kit includes seven different popular herbs: Genovese Basil, Dill, Thyme, Lemon Basil, Mint, Oregano and Globe Basil.
- Genovese Basil is an outstanding variety of basil that is used for pesto. Dill is a popular herb that can be added to salads, fish dishes and salad dressing. It can also be used in soups, breads and dips and is considered a good source of calcium. Florists even use dill in flower arrangements.
- Thyme has a strong fragrance and is used with vegetables, eggs and beans. It is also considered a natural remedy for respiratory problems.
- Lemon Basil is a hybrid basil with a strong fragrance. It is frequently used in Indonesian cuisine like soup, stew, curries and stir-fry.
